Pride Month Is Over. Now What?

Every June, timelines go technicolour. Logos get rainbow-washed. Companies roll out one event, maybe two. You’ll see a LinkedIn post, a diversity webinar, and a few cupcakes in the break room.


And then... silence.

  • December: Supporting chosen families through the holidays


True advocacy doesn’t start and end in June. It’s a year-round commitment.

Are your benefits, leave policies, and protections actually inclusive?

✅ Fund Your ERGs


Employee Resource Groups need budget, not just a Teams channel.

✅ Train Your Leaders


Managers should know how to create safe, inclusive spaces — not just recite values.

✅ Protect Your People


Address microaggressions. Challenge discrimination. Don’t stay silent.

✅ Measure Inclusion


Track what matters. Psychological safety. Representation. Belonging. Impact.


It’s Not About Optics. It’s About Action.


This isn’t about shaming companies that celebrated Pride. It’s about what happens after the rainbow fades.
